In implementation to the Directives of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and Part of achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals that focus on promoting Health & Education, Department of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Technology & Medical Health, has organized an Educational Workshop entitled “Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation” It is remarkable to note that the Workshop Lecture has been delivered by Dr. Rania Abdul Muhsin Abu Al-Noor in a practical and interactive way, as it has been including training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its application to different scenarios, with the aim of enhancing the Skills of Participants, and meanwhile increasing their confidence in providing Primary Medical Care for cases of Cardiac and Pulmonary Arrest. Besides, all necessary and required equipment has been provided for the training procedures, due to the importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, with the urgent need to providing blood and oxygen to the heart and brain. Thus, chances of survival are increased and minimizing the damage that might result from Cardiac and Respiratory Arrest. Accordingly, we may confirm that First Aid indeed plays a major role in increasing Survival Rates and reducing harmful effect that might result from lack of Oxygen and Perfusion, keeping pace with Advanced Health Care Technologies, in addition to training individuals on how to deal with Emergency Situations in order to raise the chances of saving lives and reduce Physical as well as Psychological Damages.
