About the college
• The College was established in 2010 in accordance to the decision of the Ministers Council No. 427 of 2009, whereby the Council of Ministers, in its ordinary session (No. 45) held on 12 ∕12 ∕ 2009, decided to grant the establishment's license to the College.

Firstly :About:

  • Al-Mustaqbal University College in Babil province after satisfying the basic requirements stipulated in Article (6 / item I) of the revisionist Law of Colleges and Universities No. 13 of 1996.                           
  • The College obtained the consent of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in accordance with the ministry approval with reference No. C H / 3989 on 31/8/2010, which includes the approval of the ministry to accept the students in the college in its both departments , Computer Technologies Engineering and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technologies Engineering , in Babylon province ; starting from the academic year 2010 - 2011.
  •                           
  • The departments of (Pathological Analysis and law) were obtained the consent of Higher Education and Scientific Research in accordance to the approval of the respected Minister with accordance to the official letter issued from the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation No.(C H/ 5520) which dated on 4/12/2011 for the department of Pathological Analysis ;and the two references No.(C H /3420) dated on 7/6/2012 and No.(C H /4861) dated on 6/9/2012) for Law department.

  • The departments of Civil Engineering and Business of Administration were obtained the consent of Higher Education and Scientific Research in accordance to the approval of the respected Minister with accordance to the official letter issued from the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation No.(C H/ 6624) of 22/11/2012 for Business of Administration department; and reference No. (C H /7161) of 13/ 12/2012 for Civil Engineering department.

  • The department of Medical Physics obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. (ت ه/أ ق /5030) which dated on July 24, 2017.
  •                             
  • The department of Biomedical engineering obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. (ت هـ / أ ق 4107) which dated on October 31, 2018.
  •                             
  • The department of Physical Education and Sport Science obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. ((ت هـ /1ق3631) which dated on October 3, 2016.
  •                             
  • The department of Dentistry obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. (ت ه / أ ق / 6001) which dated on August 27, 2017.
  •                             
  • The Department of Pharmacy obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. (ت ه / أ ق / 6204) which dated on August 31, 2017.
  •                             
  • The Department of Accounting obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. (ت ه / أ ق / 5031) which dated on July 24, 2017.
  •                             
  • The Department of Chemical Engineering & Petroleum Industries obtained the consent of the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research upon the approval issued by the Supervisory Authority and Scientific evaluation with reference No. (ت ه / أ ق / 5032) which dated on July 24, 2017.

Second: Vision:

Al-Mustaqbal University College aspires to become the leader in teaching and learning locally and nationally in the Medical, Engineering, Legal and Administrative disciplines. Also, it is looking forward to achieve the excellence in providing academic programs in accordance with the international standards of quality, and opening to the community. Additionally, it focuses on promoting the scientific research, and adopting innovative ideas which contribute to the development of infrastructure and improve the academic and functionality performance.

The faculty has moral, financial and administrative independence through its dealings with other parties in accordance with the achievement of its objectives and scientific and educational purposes, including the possession of movable and immovable property and the enjoyment of all rights and privileges, contracting and litigation in line with the achievement of its objectives and within the limits of official laws and regulations issued.
