- Improving the quality of university performance in teaching and learning.

- Improving and strengthening university academic extension services. - Optimizing investment in infrastructure and resources available. The University of Al-Mustaqbal University has made good progress in the field of infrastructure and is now working hard to prepare it in a comprehensive manner that can accommodate large numbers of students and new sections that will be opened soon for obtaining official approvals. - Increasing the number of faculty members, especially those with a doctorate and a scientific title (professor and assistant professor) who have good qualifications and experience. In line with the faculty's mission to provide a high quality teaching / teaching environment to its students, recruitment of high caliber staff continues to meet the growing needs of the faculty and teaching assistants.
- The Faculty of Al-Mustaqbal University College has appointed more than 70 male and female PhD students in the academic year 2016-2017, most of whom have a PhD degree and have obtained degrees (Professor and Assistant Professor). This is a scientific achievement achieved by the College in this field.
