College acceptance mechanism
Terms of Submission
- The student must be a graduate of the preparatory school or its equivalent with the support of the Iraqi Ministry of Education for branches: scientific, literary, commercial, industrial.
- Male students accept graduates of the last three years.
- Graduates of the Institute of Technical Institutes in the first phase of the college accept the competencies that qualify them to study within the college's competencies and graduates of the last three years, provided that they are not more than 25 years old for morning studies.
- Students are entitled to apply to all academic departments of the college of the last five years.
- Graduates of the scientific branch are entitled to apply to all scientific departments in the college.
- Graduates of the scientific, literary and commercial branch have the right to apply for law and business administration departments.
- The required documents must be submitted according to the conditions, including the preparatory study document containing grades and certified by the Directorate of Education within one week from the date of submission, otherwise acceptance is null.
- Graduates of technical institutes are accepted from the Computer Maintenance, Electricity, Electronic and Communication Departments in the Computer Engineering Department.
- Graduates of the preparatory industry, and from the specialties of computer maintenance, electronic electricity and communications, are entitled to accept in the Department of Computer Technology Engineering according to the Ministry's instructions.
The privileges granted to the student
- The student applying for admission to the college is granted the same privilege granted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the student who has an additional language during his studies in the preparatory stage. This is the addition of 16% of the degree obtained by the student to study additional language in the preparatory stage.
- The first student on the stage for each of the academic departments in the college will be exempted from tuition fees for the following year.
Conditions of admission
- Student acceptance depends mainly on the availability of admission requirements, the student's average score, the priority of his / her review of the college, and completion of admissions requirements.
- Purchasing the form is not mandatory for admission to the college.
- The student is duly registered after the issuance of an administrative order by accepting him in one of the departments of the college and paying him for the tuition fees in full without payment.
- The enrollment and listening system is not in place at the college and the student is required to have regular integrated attendance.
- If the student does not submit the required documents two weeks after the start of the study, his / her admission will be canceled and his / her enrollment will be canceled.
- The accepted student in the college must enter the study within a period of not more than one week from the start of the school year in 10/2 only with a legitimate excuse, otherwise his acceptance is canceled and his right to claim tuition is dropped.
- A student who is accepted in one of the departments of the College is entitled to appeal in writing to the Student Affairs Department if he does not wish to accept the accepted section within one week of admission, and rejects the objection requests received after this period.
- If it is proved that the information or documents submitted by the student is incorrect and will be intentionally canceled, it will be recorded from the college records at any stage of the study.
- Those who wish to withdraw from the students admitted to the college will not be entitled to demand the return of tuition fees after 10/1. This includes students who will be accepted after 30/9 for whatever reasons.
- Tuition fees can be increased annually and are not subject to installment and the student must pay them during the period determined by the college annually and for all stages of study,
- Purchase the application form from the registration unit at the college premises Fill in the application form and according to the admission requirements for each department. Submit the form to the registration unit at the college's headquarters after all the required applicants are attached.
