As part of the commitment of the **Department of Dental Manufacturing Techniques at Al-Mustaqbal University** to following up on the requirements of **Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation**, a meeting was held to discuss and follow up on the requirements of **Standard Five**, assigned to **Mr. Murtadha Haider Hassan**. The meeting included a review of the key requirements of the standard and a discussion of the level of completion, in addition to identifying the remaining observations and deficiencies and the mechanisms for completing them in accordance with the approved requirements and standards. The Department extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to **Mr. Murtadha Haider Hassan** in recognition of his efforts in following up on and completing most of the requirements of the assigned standard, with some observations and deficiencies remaining as outlined in the meeting minutes. The Department also emphasizes the importance of cooperation between the **laboratory technicians and laboratory supervisors** and Mr. Murtadha by providing him with the remaining requirements and deficiencies related to the laboratories, contributing to the completion of the standard requirements within the specified timeframe.
