Continuation of the AI Literacy Course

Continuation of the AI Literacy Course for Faculty and Staff of Future University – Level Three The activities of the AI Literacy Course for Faculty and Staff of Future University – Level Three, organized by the Continuing Education Center, are ongoing in implementation of the directives of the President of Future University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and as part of the university’s efforts to enhance the skills of its academic and administrative staff and enable them to effectively utilize modern artificial intelligence technologies in the university work environment. The course aims to improve institutional performance through the effective use of modern AI applications and tools, contributing to the development of faculty and staff skills, improving task efficiency, and promoting digital transformation and innovation across various areas of the educational institution. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mias Mohammed, a faculty member at the College of Engineering Technologies at Future University. He addressed a range of practical applications and practices related to artificial intelligence, enhancing participants’ ability to benefit from these technologies in academic and administrative fields. The lecture witnessed active engagement from the participants and constructive discussions, along with strong attendance reflecting the university staff’s interest in developing their capabilities and keeping pace with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence technologies. The Third and Final Level Examination of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Course

The Third and Final Level Examination of the AI Literacy Course The Continuing Education Center at the University of the Future conducted the third and final level examination of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Course, as part of the training programs organized by the Center to enhance digital skills and promote AI awareness among various segments of society. The examination witnessed wide participation from trainees who had completed the requirements of the third level after attending a series of theoretical lectures and practical applications covering the latest AI tools and technologies and their uses in educational, administrative, and professional fields. The Director of the Continuing Education Center, Prof. Dr. Wael Jabbar Abdul Naddawi, emphasized the importance of these training programs in developing participants’ skills and enabling them to effectively and practically utilize AI technologies to improve performance and keep pace with rapid technological developments. The examination aims to assess the trainees’ level of understanding and acquired skills and to ensure that the scientific and training objectives of the course have been achieved, enabling participants to benefit from AI applications in their various fields of study and work. The organization of these courses is part of the efforts of the University of the Future and the Continuing Education Center to support digital transformation, build capacities in the field of artificial intelligence, and prepare qualified individuals to meet the demands of the future and the labor market.

Artificial Intelligence Literacy Course – Level Three

University of the Future Opens the Second Week of the Third Level of AI Literacy Courses Sunday, August 30, 2026 At the University of the Future, a distinguished institution among private universities, the second week of the third level of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Courses was launched today. The courses are organized by the Continuing Education Center and are being held in the Student Activities Hall at the university. The opening was attended by the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Prof. Dr. Wael Jabbar Abdul Naddawi, who delivered a speech on the occasion. He emphasized the importance of adhering to lecture schedules and making the most of the scientific material provided, in both its theoretical and practical aspects, in order to develop trainees’ knowledge and skills in dealing with modern artificial intelligence applications. The Director of the Center pointed out that artificial intelligence has become an essential tool with applications extending across various fields of work, particularly in educational, academic, and administrative institutions. AI provides advanced capabilities for carrying out tasks, analyzing data, and preparing reports with greater professionalism, accuracy, and comprehensiveness. He also stressed the importance of transforming the knowledge and skills acquired during the course into practical applications that contribute to improving performance efficiency and developing the work environment, in line with the university’s commitment to keeping pace with technological advancements and building capacities in the field of artificial intelligence. At the conclusion of the course, trainees will take an assessment to measure the extent of their benefit from the scientific material provided and to evaluate the development of their knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence and its modern applications, ensuring that the course achieves its educational and training objectives. Conclusion of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Course – Level One (A1)

The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University concluded the first batch of trainees in the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Course – Level One (A1), which was organized as part of the university’s plan to train and qualify its staff during the summer break. The program was held under the generous patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the direct supervision of the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Professor Dr. Wael Jabbar Abdul-Nadawi. The course lasted for one full week, comprising five training days, and included a range of theoretical topics and practical applications in the field of artificial intelligence. It was delivered through a blended learning approach that combined in-person and online training, aiming to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills required in this vital field. At the conclusion of the course, participants shared their impressions and feedback through training program evaluation forms, which reflected a high level of satisfaction with both the course content and its implementation methods. Dates were also scheduled for participants to enroll in the next training level as part of the integrated Artificial Intelligence Literacy Program implemented by the Center. Throughout the training period, an atmosphere of cooperation, positive interaction, and commitment prevailed, contributing significantly to the achievement of the course objectives and enhancing the scientific and practical benefits gained by the participants. The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a training course entitled “Comprehensive Media”, delivered by trainer Muntadher Hussein Abdul Ali, as part of its ongoing programs aimed at developing media skills among students and youth. The course aims to prepare participants for various fields of media work by equipping them with essential skills in news presentation, report production, and program hosting, in line with the evolving demands of the media industry. The course targets both university and non-university students interested in media, offering a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical training focused on modern media practices. The training program runs for one month, with four hours per week, starting from May 2, 2026, and is delivered in both in-person and online formats at Al-Mustaqbal University. The trainer brings extensive professional experience, working as a TV correspondent, news editor, and program presenter, and holds a Master’s degree in Media and Journalism from Malaysia. The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University, in cooperation with the College of Nursing, organized a specialized training course entitled “Fundamentals of Nursing and First Aid”, supervised by Assistant Lecturer Dr. Ismael Mohammed Kadhem Al-Saadi. This initiative comes as part of the Center’s ongoing efforts to develop healthcare skills and promote first aid awareness across different segments of society. The course aims to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in nursing and first aid, enabling them to effectively respond to emergency situations and provide primary healthcare support in both professional and community settings. The course targets medical staff, company employees, university students, government sector workers, as well as anyone interested in acquiring life-saving skills and fundamental nursing practices. The training program covers several key topics, including: measuring vital signs accurately, administering intramuscular and intravenous injections, dealing with fractures, trauma, and bleeding, monitoring blood sugar and blood pressure, administering intravenous fluids, handling burns, wounds, and choking cases, as well as wound suturing techniques, diagnosis of common emergency cases, and the basics of pharmacology and emergency medications. The course is conducted in-person at the laboratories of the College of Nursing at Al-Mustaqbal University, with a total of 16 training hours distributed over four days (two days per week), starting from May 2, 2026. This course is part of a series of training programs organized by the Continuing Education Center, aiming to develop human capacities, enhance health awareness, and improve individuals’ readiness to respond to emergency situations.
