Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision Follows Up on the Role of University Centers and the Innovation System in Enhancing University Rankings

Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision at Al-Mustaqbal University, followed up on the activities of the university’s scientific centers and innovation system, emphasizing their vital role in supporting the university’s academic and research mission and strengthening its position in national and international rankings. College of Dentistry Delegation Visits Continuing Education Center to Discuss Summer Program Plan

The Continuing Education Center received a delegation from the College of Dentistry to present and discuss the plan for the upcoming summer program, as well as to explore opportunities for joint collaboration between both sides. During the visit, both parties discussed the implementation of several training courses and development programs throughout the summer break, aiming to enhance students’ scientific and practical skills and expand their applied experience. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation between the college and the center in order to support the educational process and improve academic and professional training outcomes.

The Continuing Education Center Witnesses the of Technological Gardens, Open Lab, and the Scientific Products Marketing Division

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Continuing Education Center – Al-Qadiya Building witnessed the inauguration of the Technological Gardens, Open Lab, and the Scientific Products Marketing Division on Saturday, May 23, 2026, in the presence of a number of academics, researchers, and students. This initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to support innovation, scientific creativity, and modern educational environments by providing advanced training and practical spaces that contribute to developing students’ skills and connecting academic knowledge with labor market needs. The event also marked the launch of the “Al-Mustaqbal Scientific Products Exhibition,” organized by the Scientific Products Marketing Division, aiming to support research projects, student innovations, and the promotion of scientific outputs across the university’s colleges. Field Visit by the President of Al-Mustaqbal University to Promote Innovation and Training at the Continuing Education Center

The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, conducted a field visit to the Continuing Education Center at Al-Qadiya Building to review the workflow and follow up on the activities of the scientific centers and training programs implemented by the Center. The visit comes within the framework of the University Presidency’s commitment to supporting institutional development and enhancing the environment of innovation and training. During the visit, several topics related to improving work mechanisms within the Center were discussed, in addition to presenting ideas and initiatives aimed at developing modern training programs that align with labor market requirements and keep pace with recent scientific and technological advancements. The University President emphasized the important role played by the Continuing Education Center in building capacities and developing skills, stressing the need to continue offering high-quality programs that contribute to preparing students and graduates and enhancing their professional readiness. He also praised the efforts of the Center’s staff and their commitment to improving performance and implementing scientific and training activities, reaffirming the continuous support of the University Presidency for initiatives that enhance the quality of education and training and foster an innovative environment within the university. The Continuing Education Center Participates in Al-Mustaqbal University’s Strategic Meeting Towards a Productive University and Sustainable Innovation

The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the strategic meeting chaired by the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, in the presence of the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, along with directors of research centers and the Science and Technology Parks Department. The meeting aimed to discuss mechanisms for improving institutional performance and developing a roadmap for the next phase in line with sustainable development goals. The Continuing Education Center Holds an Organizational Meeting to Approve the Administrative Structure and Distribute Tasks

The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University held an organizational meeting on Saturday, May 9, 2026, attended by members of the administrative units and divisions, to discuss mechanisms for developing administrative and organizational work and approving the Center’s organizational structure in line with work requirements and future development plans. The meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening institutional work and organizing responsibilities among the administrative units and divisions in a way that enhances performance efficiency and ensures smooth implementation of training programs and scientific activities. The meeting also reviewed the tasks of the Administrative and Financial Unit, which include organizing administrative and financial work, following up on official correspondence and administrative documents, managing revenues and expenditures, preparing financial and administrative reports, as well as following up on staff affairs and organizing records. In addition, the responsibilities of the Training Division were discussed, including preparing annual training plans, proposing suitable training courses, organizing scientific and developmental workshops and seminars, following up on the implementation of training programs, and developing the skills of staff members and students. The meeting further addressed the duties of the Development, Accreditation, and Quality Division, which include monitoring the quality of educational and training programs, supervising developmental activities, introducing modern programs, overseeing e-learning programs, following up on quality and accreditation standards, and supporting self-generated resources related to training programs. The tasks of the Digital Transformation and Performance Evaluation Division were also reviewed, including evaluating institutional performance, supporting digital transformation within the institution, implementing KPI standards for performance measurement, developing electronic systems and automating procedures, in addition to preparing performance reports and recommendations. At the conclusion of the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of teamwork and the continuous development of administrative and organizational performance in order to achieve the goals of the Continuing Education Center and serve both the university and the community.

Al-Mustaqbal University Holds Recognition Ceremony “Giving Deserves Appreciation” to Promote Institutional Excellence

Al-Mustaqbal University organized a distinguished recognition ceremony under the theme “Giving Deserves Appreciation” on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the University Presidency Hall, in the presence of a number of academic and administrative leaders, in an atmosphere marked by appreciation and celebration of achievements. This ceremony came as part of the University’s commitment to supporting digital excellence and recognizing the efforts made to develop the academic and administrative environment, as well as strengthening the role of its members in achieving sustainable development goals. The ceremony included honoring website administrators who participated in the recent training course, in recognition of their contributions to enhancing the University’s digital interface and improving the quality of electronic services. Certificates of appreciation were also awarded to distinguished staff members and students who demonstrated active participation and notable contributions during the Future Sustainability Week. The event was attended by the Scientific Assistant and the Administrative Assistant, in addition to the Academic Supervisor, the Director of Quality Assurance and Scientific Research / Director of the Continuing Education Center, as well as the Director and staff of Information Technology, members of the Artificial Intelligence Center, and follow-up officials at the University Presidency. This initiative reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation, promoting the spirit of giving and excellence among its members, and supporting its strategic vision for institutional development and sustainability.

The Continuing Education Center Visits Several Government Directorates to Present the Upcoming Training Curriculum

The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted visits to a number of government directorates and institutions, including the Directorate of Agriculture, the Directorate of Water Resources, and Qasim Al-Sabbak School, as part of its efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation and explore opportunities for partnership in training programs. During the visits, the Center’s delegation — consisting of Mr. Abdali Dakhel, Mr. Mohammed Jawad, and Mr. Karar Haidar — presented the training curriculum scheduled to be implemented in the coming months. The curriculum includes a set of specialized courses and professional development programs aimed at enhancing administrative and technical skills and supporting career development pathways. The meetings also included discussions on mechanisms for coordination to organize joint training programs and exchange expertise, in a way that contributes to improving institutional performance and meeting the training and qualification needs of government departments.
