Al-Mustaqbal University College of Pharmacy Conducts the Standardized Examination for Pharmaceutical Chemistry

On the morning of Tuesday, 12-5-2026, the College of Pharmacy at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted the standardized examination for third-stage students in the subject of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, in a well-organized academic atmosphere under the direct supervision of the examination committees and teaching staff. The examination halls witnessed a smooth and organized process, with all necessary requirements and procedures provided to ensure that students performed their exams in a suitable and orderly environment, reflecting the college’s commitment to applying approved academic standards in the examination process. Several students indicated that the exam questions ranged from moderate to difficult and covered the main topics of the subject in accordance with the approved curriculum. Al-Mustaqbal University College of Pharmacy Conducts the Medical Microbiology Examination for Second-Year Students

The College of Pharmacy at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted the Medical Microbiology examination for second-year students on the morning of Sunday, 10/5/2026, as part of the final examination schedule for the current academic year, under the direct supervision of the examination and organizational committees of the college. The examination halls witnessed a well-organized and smooth process regarding students’ entry and seating arrangements, alongside full adherence to the approved examination regulations and instructions, contributing to the provision of a suitable academic environment that enabled students to complete their exams comfortably and efficiently. The examination questions covered various scientific topics related to the prescribed curriculum and were of a moderate level, taking into consideration the individual differences among students while evaluating their understanding of the course material throughout the semester, in accordance with the academic standards adopted by the college. In addition, the teaching staff and specialized committees continuously monitored the progress of the examination to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process and to address any observations promptly, reflecting the College of Pharmacy’s commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to providing an appropriate academic environment that supports the educational process and enhances the quality of examinations.

Digital Transformation in Electronic Grading Using Remark Software

The Measurement and Evaluation Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, conducted a training program entitled “Digital Transformation in Electronic Grading Using Remark Software” during the period 3–4 May, at the Medical Technologies Building Laboratory within Al-Mustaqbal University. The program included two training workshops. The first workshop addressed the concepts of electronic grading and its importance in developing the examination process, along with an overview of how to use the Remark software and employ it in grading exam papers with accuracy and efficiency. The sessions of the first workshop were delivered by Assistant Lecturer Sarmad Salih Jawad and Programmer Yaseen Abdulhussein. The second workshop focused on the practical aspects, covering the design of the Bubble Sheet and how to use it, in addition to a detailed explanation of operating the scanner and integrating it into the electronic grading process. The lecture of the second workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Riam Thaer Ahmed, Rapporteur of the Forensic Evidence Department. The program included hands-on applications by the participants, involving a full practical implementation of the electronic grading process, along with a discussion of common errors and responses to participants’ questions. The program targeted academic and administrative staff involved in the examination process and aimed to enhance their skills in using modern technologies for electronic grading, thereby improving accuracy and efficiency, reducing time and effort, and aligning with the trends of digital transformation in educational institutions.

Steps Toward Global Excellence: Al-Mustaqbal University Students Begin Training at ALKU, Turkey

As part of its commitment to academic openness and strengthening its international presence, students from Al-Mustaqbal University have launched their joint training program at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKU) in the Republic of Turkey. This initiative reflects the university’s dedication to developing students’ skills in line with global standards. The first day commenced with an official reception by the President of ALKU, Professor Dr. Kenan Ahmet Türkdoğan, who warmly welcomed the delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University. The delegation included Dr. Amir Najah, Mr. Mustafa Hussein Mohammed, and Mr. Ali Muzhir. They conveyed the greetings of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, emphasizing the importance of this strategic partnership in supporting scientific research and enhancing students’ practical competencies. The first day featured several key activities, including: * A comprehensive campus tour led by Professor Dr. Alptekin, Head of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering, and Dr. Leyla Akbulat, during which students explored advanced laboratories and facilities across the Colleges of Medicine, Science, and Engineering. * A specialized visit to the Solar Energy Production Center, highlighting a shared commitment to renewable energy and sustainable development. * An interactive session that brought together Iraqi and Turkish students, fostering the exchange of academic knowledge and strengthening cultural and scientific connections across borders.
