The Information Technology Division at Al-Mustaqbal University held a development meeting chaired by Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, Director of the Information Technology Division, with the attendance of the programmers of the university’s official website, to discuss mechanisms for developing and updating the university website in order to improve electronic services and enhance user experience. Electronic Website Division at Al-Mustaqbal University Discusses Website Quality Evaluation Requirements with the Quality Assurance Department

A delegation from the Electronic Website Division at the university, represented by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Maithem Mohammed and Assistant Lecturer Wameed Diaa Shamsi, held a meeting with Dr. Riyadh, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, in the presence of Ms. Sanaa, to discuss the requirements for evaluating website quality according to the standards of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The meeting addressed the technical and academic standards related to the development of the university website, as well as mechanisms for improving digital content quality and electronic services in line with ministerial ranking requirements. The participants also emphasized the importance of the university website as the institution’s digital gateway and its role in strengthening academic communication, highlighting institutional identity, and supporting quality assurance and digital transformation within higher education institutions.

The workshop witnessed a large turnout from representatives of the university's website, as well as administrators from various departments and units. A detailed explanation was provided by the programmer Ali Jassem Mohamed and the programmer Zahra Ali Jaber on how to use the new electronic request system at the university. Lecturer Wameedh Diaa Shamsi), as a continuation of the previous workshop. It covered several key topics, including: Adding directories (directory name, file, Arabic and English versions, such as the news mechanism). Adding links and integrating them into the website. Monitoring faculties and departments, along with reviewing notes from central monitoring officials and analyzing the status of departments over the past three weeks. The meeting aimed to achieve strategic objectives in website development, enhancing user experience and improving communication between the university and its academic community. Additionally, the workshop featured a practical session, where participants applied the discussed concepts to ensure maximum benefit from the new updates.
