Academic Biography

As an engineering academic specializing in Information Technology Engineering, I currently serve as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Communication Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technologies from Al-Mustaqbal University before pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology Engineering (Computer Networks) at Urmia University of Technology. My academic journey has been driven by a strong belief that continuous learning and engineering innovation are essential for developing technological solutions capable of addressing the evolving challenges of modern institutions. My professional philosophy is founded on the principle that successful digital transformation begins long before software development. It starts with understanding institutional needs, analyzing business processes, and re-engineering workflows to create intelligent, sustainable, and scalable systems. For this reason, I approach every project with the objective of delivering solutions that improve organizational performance, support informed decision-making, simplify operational procedures, and generate measurable long-term value. Throughout my career, I have integrated academic knowledge with engineering practice, developing expertise in Information Technology Engineering, Enterprise Systems Design, Business Analysis, Information Technology Management, and Digital Transformation. This multidisciplinary background has enabled me to contribute to the design, development, and management of digital systems that enhance institutional efficiency, streamline administrative and academic operations, and improve service quality. Among the projects I have designed and developed are a comprehensive Student Management System supporting academic, administrative, and financial operations; a Human Resources Management System; an Electronic Attendance Management System; and an intelligent Pharmaceutical Delivery Platform that automates prescription processing, connects patients with pharmacies, manages quotation workflows, and digitizes the entire medication delivery process within an integrated digital ecosystem to enhance healthcare service quality and user experience. My academic and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Networks, and the Internet of Things (IoT), with particular emphasis on intelligent systems, enterprise digital transformation, and innovative technologies that support higher education institutions. My research and professional interests are driven by the ambition to bridge engineering principles with emerging technologies to develop practical solutions that address real institutional challenges. As an academic, I teach Computer Fundamentals, Networking, and Information Technology. I am committed to bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application while fostering engineering thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, enabling students to confidently apply modern technologies in addressing real-world challenges. Looking ahead, I aspire to contribute to the advancement of intelligent, scalable, and sustainable digital solutions that strengthen institutional performance, accelerate digital transformation, and create lasting value for higher education and society. I believe that engineering achieves its greatest impact when innovation is translated into practical solutions that empower people, improve organizations, and shape a more efficient digital future.
