Al-Mustaqbal University Prepares to Organize a National Breast Cancer Awareness Forum and Provide Free Early Detection Screenings

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote health awareness and serve the community, the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University is preparing to organize the National Forum for Early Detection of Breast Cancer on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The forum will feature a comprehensive awareness program, including educational lectures highlighting breast cancer, the importance of early detection, and prevention methods. It will also include specialized awareness booths organized with the participation of relevant departments, contributing to the dissemination of health knowledge and the promotion of community awareness about the disease. The forum will also offer free breast examinations, including clinical breast examinations and ultrasound screenings, supervised by specialist female physicians. These services aim to encourage women to undergo the necessary examinations and prioritize their breast health. The forum seeks to reinforce a culture of early detection, raise awareness of its importance in facilitating early diagnosis and improving treatment outcomes, and encourage women to undergo regular health checkups and adopt appropriate preventive measures. This initiative reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s academic and community mission, as well as its commitment to organizing health awareness programs that contribute to supporting community health and promoting awareness of the importance of prevention and early detection. Al-Mustaqbal University – The No. 1 University in Iraq Health awareness is a step toward prevention, and early detection offers greater hope in the fight against breast cancer.
