Al Mustaqbal University includes a group of specialized scientific centers and administrative that contribute to developing the scientific and research environment and enhancing communication between the university and the community.

Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department

The vision of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department is derived from the university’s overarching vision. Its mission is aligned with that of the university, striving to achieve a set of objectives that ultimately serve the institution’s interests and reinforce its mission in delivering the best possible service to the community.

Student Activities Department

Department of Student Activities at Al-Mustaqbal University is responsible for supervising, in addition to coordinating between the committees in charge of Student Activities of the University Colleges and various Units with their divergent interests and fields. Moreover, it is also responsible for proposing plans, programs, and completing the preparations and arrangements related to all ideas and campaigns submitted to the Department

Scientific Affairs Department

The Scientific Affairs Department at Al-Mustaqbal University aims to achieve excellence and leadership in the fields of scientific and academic research at both the local and regional levels. We work on promoting scientific research and publishing it in peer-reviewed journals at the national and international levels, with a focus on continuous collaboration with local and international researchers to increase our impact and scientific vision. We are committed to sustainability principles and seek to raise awareness about the importance of preserving environmental resources. We also aim to achieve high rankings in global university rankings, which contributes to attracting talents and increasing the impact of our research on the global stage. The Scientific Affairs Department works diligently to develop the scientific landscape, serve the community, lead the university s faculties to achieve the best scientific results, and reach a prestigious position at both regional and international levels.

Registration and Acceptance Department

The Registration and Student Affairs Department was established at almustaqbal University after its transformation from a university college to a university on 4/16/2023. The Registration Department is considered one of the important departments in the university formations due to the nature of its work, which relates to all student affairs from the moment they are accepted into undergraduate studies until graduation. The Registration Department is linked to the office of the Assistant President of the University for Academic Affairs. The department works to apply modern technological techniques to complete all student transactions to reduce time and increase accuracy. It also applies all controls and instructions received by the department from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency.

Department of Cultural Relations

The Cultural Relationships Department is affiliated to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Department is responsible for establishing and developing scientific and academic cultural exchange programs and organizing the memorandums of understanding with universities and institutions of mutual interest. Among the department's main tasks is raising the scientific, educational, and professional competence of faculty staff, and other technical and administrative staff in the university. This is achieved through facilitating the participation of all staff in their participation in local, regional and international scientific and cultural activities. Most of such participation are implemented under the umbrella of the signed memorandums of understanding with universities, organizations, unions, and bodies related .to education, culture, and science

Security Permits Department

It is one of the departments administratively linked to the University President as per the organizational structure approved by the Ministry where being technically connected with the Minister's Office / Security Permit Center. Its mission is to grant security permits to all university employees, including permanent employees, contractors, members, and daily wage employees, representing an essential work period such as nomination, job reception, as well as granting security permits to all companies and organizations contracted with the university. The Department also adopts the policies and instructions issued by the National Office for Security Permits, National Security Consultations, in addition issuing the regulations and instructions related to organizing the security aspect, and taking all necessary measures to secure and protect buildings, individuals, information, devices, & equipment from any damage or security breach in accordance with the policies of the National Office. Moreover, the Department has a participating role in the committees related to security work, and excluding unauthorized persons who refuse to undergo security permits. The department is also responsible for organizing conferences and educational seminars that aim to spread awareness among university employees about the risks they might face, being therefore obligated to fight malicious rumors, which intend to destabilizing security. All these tasks and duties depend on administrative orders issued by the Human Resources Department / Organizational Structure Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, based on the orders and instructions of the Iraqi National Security Advisor.
