Al Mustaqbal University includes a group of specialized scientific centers and administrative that contribute to developing the scientific and research environment and enhancing communication between the university and the community.

Measurement and Evaluation Unit

The Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University aims to enhance the educational process by developing methods for assessing and measuring academic performance. This is achieved through the design and implementation of measurement tools that contribute to evaluating students academic achievement and skills. Additionally, the unit supports faculty members in developing tests and analyzing their results to ensure the attainment of outstanding learning outcomes in alignment with global academic standards.

Disability and Special Needs Unit

Based on the University Order No.( 7/35/3038) dated (2/12/2023), the Unit for Persons with Special Needs was established at our university. The unit is affiliated with the Citizens Affairs Division to provide guidance, care, and the necessary support for persons with special needs. The unit’s affiliation was later amended from the Central Student Activities Department to the Citizens Affairs Division in accordance with University Order No.(7/35/5252) dated (10/12/ 2025).

Study in Iraq Unit

The Study in Iraq Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University is one of the strategic units responsible for implementing and supporting the initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims to attract Arab and international students to study at Iraqi universities. The unit works to facilitate admission and registration procedures and to provide academic and administrative guidance to incoming students, thereby contributing to enhancing Al-Mustaqbal University’s academic standing at both regional and international levels and supporting the internationalization of higher education in Iraq.

The department was established under the Order of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 22266 for the year 2025 under the name Department of Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering is one of the most important branches of engineering, specializing in the study, design, and analysis of structures such as buildings, roads, bridges, airports, ports, and dams, in addition to infrastructure projects that serve society and contribute to its development. The department admits students in the first academic year who have graduated from the scientific and applied branches of secondary school with a minimum average of 62%. The duration of study is four years, and the language of instruction is English. Upon graduation, students are awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, equivalent to the degrees granted in the same field by other Iraqi engineering colleges. Graduates also receive membership in the Iraqi Engineers Union, giving them the right to practice civil engineering in both governmental institutions and the private sector.
