A meeting was held this morning, Wednesday, at 9:00 AM, bringing together department coordinators and first-year instructors. The meeting took place on the ground floor of the College of Physical Education building and addressed a number of important organizational matters related to first-year students.<br /><br />The session began with a discussion on the activation of the SIS system and ways to encourage first-year students to settle their ministerial financial obligations. Practical suggestions were presented to promote student compliance, including raising awareness about the importance of fulfilling financial commitments through the university system.<br /><br />The attendees also discussed the issue of compensating missed lectures due to classrooms being occupied for final examinations. A set of recommendations was agreed upon to ensure that the curriculum is completed without compromising the quality of education or the students' academic schedule.<br /><br />The meeting concluded with a discussion of general departmental matters, emphasizing the importance of continued coordination between academic and administrative staff to ensure the smooth and effective progress of the educational process in the upcoming period.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University is the first University in Iraq.
