Al-Mustaqbal University ranked first among Iraq’s private universities and third nationwide across public and private institutions. It placed in the 101–125 band in the 2027 Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings. The university recorded its highest score in Research Quality, earning 60.6 out of 100, followed by International Outlook, with 59.6 out of 100. Commenting on the achievement, Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, attributed the result to sustained institutional efforts and a commitment to quality and excellence. He also recognized the contributions of faculty members, researchers, students, and university staff. The ranking strengthens Al-Mustaqbal University’s standing among Arab universities and highlights its efforts to support scientific research and expand international academic collaboration. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
