Staff members from the Department of Medical Physics at the College of Science, Almustaqbal University, attended an introductory workshop delivered by Assistant Lecturer Diaa Nabil to a delegation from outside the university. The workshop aimed to introduce the department and its scientific and educational capabilities while promoting the medical physics specialisation. The workshop addressed the nature of the specialisation and its importance in connecting physics with medical applications. It also highlighted the role of theoretical study and practical training in developing students’ skills and preparing them for their academic and professional careers. The workshop also showcased the department’s learning environment and laboratories, highlighting their contribution to practical education. It further introduced career opportunities related to medical physics and prospects for further study and scientific research. The department staff’s participation reflects their support for outreach and promotional activities, strengthening communication with visiting delegations and highlighting the department’s role in providing education that combines scientific knowledge with practical application.
