As part of the University of the Future’s efforts to keep pace with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence technologies and enhance digital skills, the Future Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications organized a specialized scientific workshop on Saturday, October 31, 2026, entitled “VIBE Coding Revolution: From Idea to Application Using Artificial Intelligence.” The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Mahdi Abadi Manea, Director of the Future Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications and Head of the Intelligent Medical Systems Department. The workshop explored the concept of AI-assisted programming (Vibe Coding) and the mechanisms of utilizing artificial intelligence tools to transform ideas into practical applications and software solutions. It highlighted the process of moving from the initial idea to interacting with AI tools through dialogue, ultimately leading to application development and implementation, opening new horizons for programmers, students, and those interested in modern technologies. The workshop also highlighted the importance of leveraging intelligent tools to accelerate software development, simplify programming stages, and promote innovation and creativity in developing technological solutions, in line with the requirements of digital transformation and technological advancement. This workshop is part of the University of the Future’s ongoing efforts to promote AI awareness and develop technical capabilities. It also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure).
