A student from the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technologies at the Engineering Technical College of Al-Mustaqbal University designed a series of informative posters to introduce new students to the Bologna Process and explain how it is implemented within the department. The initiative aimed to simplify academic information and help prospective students understand the study system and its requirements before enrolling in the college. The posters provided explanatory information about the Bologna Process and its implementation in the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technologies, helping new students become familiar with the academic system and better understand their educational journey from the beginning of their university studies. The posters were also published and widely shared across social media platforms to reach the largest possible number of prospective students and ensure that they could benefit from the information provided. This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly **SDG 4: Quality Education**, by facilitating access to academic information and raising awareness of the educational system, and **SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure**, through the use of digital platforms to disseminate knowledge and improve academic communication. This initiative reflects the creativity and active engagement of the department’s students, as well as their commitment to supporting incoming students and facilitating their integration into the university environment. Al-Mustaqbal University, the number one among private universities in Iraq, continues to support student initiatives that promote knowledge sharing, enhance educational quality, and foster an academic environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
