The Department of Medical Physics at the College of Science, Almustaqbal University, organized an awareness workshop on October 20 entitled “The Role of Women’s Mental Health.” The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Zainab Jassim, with the participation of Assistant Lecturer Fatima Makki Shaalan, Assistant Lecturer Sukaina Talib Khairallah, and Assistant Lecturer Lubna Ali Jalil. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the importance of women’s mental health and its role in achieving balance in personal, family, and social life. It also emphasized the importance of providing a supportive environment that helps women cope with stress and strengthen their self-confidence. This workshop forms part of the department’s awareness activities, which seek to promote health awareness and greater attention to psychological and social well-being, helping support women and improve their quality of life.
