The Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, chaired an expanded meeting on Wednesday morning, October 14, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., bringing together administrative staff from various departments and units of the college. The meeting was attended by Programmer Assistant Huda Khudair Hani, Administrative Officer of the Intelligent Medical Systems Department, and focused on discussing ways to develop administrative performance and enhance institutional work efficiency. At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees and praised the efforts made by the administrative staff in carrying out their assigned duties and responsibilities. He emphasized the importance of accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks in line with the requirements of administrative and institutional work. The meeting addressed several issues related to developing administrative work mechanisms, with emphasis on adhering to approved legal regulations and instructions when preparing and drafting administrative orders and official correspondence of various types, ensuring the soundness of procedures and the accuracy of administrative transactions. The Dean also stressed the importance of strengthening teamwork and coordination among departments and units, maintaining proper electronic and paper documentation of official data and records, and providing the best possible services to students and researchers. These efforts contribute to achieving the objectives of the college and university and enhancing the level of administrative performance. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean listened to the main obstacles and challenges affecting the progress of administrative work and directed that appropriate measures be taken to address and overcome them, ensuring smooth workflow and enhancing efficiency and organization across the college’s departments and units. These meetings are part of the College of Science’s efforts to strengthen institutional work and develop administrative performance, thereby improving the quality of services provided and supporting Al-Mustaqbal University’s pursuit of academic and administrative excellence. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
