The Dean of the College of Science at Almustaqbal University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, chaired an extensive meeting with administrative staff from the college’s departments and units at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. The meeting focused on improving institutional performance and organizing administrative work. The Dean opened the meeting by welcoming attendees and commending their efforts in fulfilling their assigned duties and responsibilities. He emphasized the importance of accuracy and timely completion of tasks in line with institutional requirements. Discussions addressed ways to improve administrative procedures and the need to comply with established legal regulations and instructions when preparing and drafting administrative orders and official correspondence, ensuring procedural integrity and accurate processing of transactions. The Dean also stressed the importance of cooperation and teamwork, maintaining electronic and paper records of official data and documents, and providing high-quality services to students and researchers in support of the college’s and university’s objectives. The meeting concluded with a review of the main obstacles and challenges facing administrative staff.
