As part of its commitment to supporting scientific activities and enhancing students’ programming skills, the Cybersecurity Department at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the Iraqi Programmer’s Day event on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the Baghdad International Fair, with the participation of third-year students from the department. The participation was supervised by Prof. Dr. Ali Kazim Al-Gharabi, Lecturer Munthir Sahib Khalaf, Lecturer Raed Imran Al-Shammari, and Lecturer Jaber Baqir. The event aimed to strengthen students’ practical skills, provide opportunities to explore recent developments in programming and technology, and encourage engagement with scientific and technological initiatives that contribute to their academic and professional development. This participation reflects the Cybersecurity Department’s commitment to encouraging students to engage in scientific and technical events and to develop their programming skills in line with labor market requirements and the rapid advancement of digital technologies.
