Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science at Almustaqbal University, conducted a field visit to the Department of Medical Physics to review the academic and administrative workflow and follow up on the procedures undertaken by the Examination Committee in preparation for completing the requirements for announcing the second-round examination results. During the visit, the Dean followed up on the work of the Examination Committee at the Department of Medical Physics and reviewed the stages of checking and verifying examination papers, grades, and examination-related data. He emphasized the importance of completing all procedures in accordance with approved academic standards and procedures, ensuring the accuracy of results and the integrity of the examination process. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani commended the perseverance and efforts exerted by the Examination Committee in carrying out its duties, appreciating the committee members’ commitment to accuracy and organization in performing their assigned tasks. He also praised the level of care devoted to preparing, reviewing, and printing the examination master sheets, reflecting the committee’s commitment to the approved standards governing the examination process. The Dean also emphasized the importance of completing the procedures required for announcing the second-round examination results and continuing the processes of checking and reviewing in coordination with the relevant authorities. He further stressed the importance of continuing and completing work on the Student Information System (SIS) to ensure accurate data updates and the proper completion of academic and administrative procedures related to students. The visit also addressed the regular attendance of students in lectures and practical sessions, emphasizing adherence to academic schedules as well as the applicable ministerial instructions and regulations. These efforts contribute to strengthening academic discipline and providing a stable and motivating educational environment for students of the Department of Medical Physics. The Dean also discussed ways to further develop the academic performance of the department, enhance educational practices, maintain the achievements already accomplished, and improve the quality of educational outcomes in line with the requirements of the upcoming stage and the ongoing developments in the field of Medical Physics. This visit reflects the College of Science – Almustaqbal University’s commitment to continuous field follow-up of its scientific departments, supporting academic and administrative committees and staff, and enhancing the quality of institutional performance and the educational process. It also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), through supporting education and developing academic and professional capabilities.
