The Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technologies, Assist. Prof. Zahraa Hashim, met with the department’s media team on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting focused on developing media work and organizing activities and events throughout the new academic year. The meeting addressed the preparation of a clear annual plan for implementing departmental activities and events, defining mechanisms for distributing tasks and responsibilities among team members, and establishing procedures for documenting activities, photography, and preparing related media content. The meeting also discussed mechanisms for recognizing students’ participation in activities through participation points, establishing a system to motivate and honor outstanding students, proposing new and innovative student activities related to artificial intelligence and engineering, and discussing mechanisms for selecting outstanding students and nominating them to participate in university events and competitions. The meeting was held as part of efforts to strengthen media and student activities within the department and highlight its scientific, cultural, and community initiatives. These efforts are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. Al-Mustaqbal University, the first among private universities in Iraq, continues to support scientific, student, and media activities, contributing to student engagement and the development of their skills, creativity, and capabilities.
