The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed its dear students on the occasion of the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year, wishing them a fruitful academic year filled with success, excellence, and achievement. The University reaffirmed its commitment to providing an appropriate academic environment that supports students throughout their educational journey and helps them achieve their aspirations. The University announced that classes for the new academic year will commence on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in accordance with the approved academic calendar. All students are urged to adhere to the specified date and complete the required procedures before commencing their studies, in line with the applicable ministerial instructions. The University Presidency emphasized the necessity of completing electronic registration through the HEPIQ system and paying the required ministerial fees through the system. A student will not be considered officially registered unless they complete the registration procedures and obtain their university ID through the HEPIQ system. Students are also required to visit the University, pay the first installment of the tuition fees, amounting to 25% of the total tuition fees, and complete the registration procedures through the ministerial SIS system before the beginning of classes. The University also called on students to visit their respective academic departments to complete the registration requirements and officially commence their studies through the SIS system. It clarified that failure to complete registration and official commencement will be recorded as absence starting from September 19, 2026. The University further indicated that the ministerial examination regulations will be applied directly through the SID system, including recording failure due to absence and dismissal due to absence in cases where students fail to complete registration and commence their studies. Accordingly, students are urged to attend classes regularly and visit the University during this week to complete all registration procedures related to their respective academic stages.
