Dean of the College of Science Holds an Online Meeting with Website and Activities Coordinators to Follow Up and Develop Academic and Media Work The Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, held an online meeting with the coordinators responsible for the college’s websites and activities on Wednesday evening, September 9, 2026, at 9:00 p.m., to follow up on the progress of work and discuss mechanisms for improving performance in the areas of website management and activities. The meeting addressed the main activities and events carried out by the college’s departments, as well as mechanisms for documenting and publishing them through the university’s official platforms. This contributes to highlighting the academic, scientific, and cultural activities of the departments and strengthening their digital and media presence. The Dean emphasized the importance of continuously updating the college’s websites and improving the quality of published content, in addition to consistently and systematically documenting activities and events in a manner that reflects the level of work and achievements accomplished by the College of Science and its departments. The meeting also discussed a number of proposals and directives aimed at improving performance, organizing work mechanisms, and enhancing coordination among website and activities coordinators. These efforts are intended to strengthen media communication and highlight the college’s academic and scientific activities and achievements. The meeting was attended by Assistant Lecturer Lubna Ali, Activities Coordinator in the Department of Medical Physics, and Assistant Lecturer Noor Firas, Website Coordinator in the Department of Medical Physics, along with the website and activities coordinators from the college’s scientific departments. The participants discussed ways to develop the workflow, unify documentation and publication mechanisms, and enhance the digital and media presence of the departments. This meeting comes as part of the College of Science’s commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to continuously follow up on and develop its academic and media work, enhance the efficiency of website and activity management, and contribute to documenting the achievements of its departments and communicating their activities to students and the academic community in an organized and effective manner.
