The Dean of the College of Science at Almustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, held an online meeting with the College’s website officers and activities officers on Wednesday evening, September 9, 2026, at 9:00 p.m., to follow up on ongoing work and discuss mechanisms for developing performance in website management and academic activities. The meeting addressed the main activities and events carried out by the College’s departments, as well as mechanisms for documenting and publishing them through the University’s official platforms, contributing to highlighting the academic, scientific, and cultural activities of the departments and strengthening their digital and media presence. During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of regularly updating the official websites and enhancing the quality of published content, in addition to systematically documenting academic, scientific, and cultural activities and events. This contributes to reflecting the level of work and achievements accomplished by the College of Science and its departments. The meeting also discussed a number of proposals and directives aimed at improving performance and organizing coordination between website officers and activities officers, thereby strengthening the College’s digital and media presence and ensuring effective coverage of its academic and scientific events and achievements. The meeting was attended by Asst. Lecturer M.M. Lubna Ali, Activities Officer of the Medical Physics Department, and Asst. Lecturer M.M. Noor Firas, Website Officer of the Medical Physics Department, along with the website and activities officers representing the College’s scientific departments. Discussions focused on developing work mechanisms, coordinating documentation and publication procedures, and enhancing the digital and media presence of the departments.
