The Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, held a meeting with the coordinators responsible for student activities and website management within the College, as part of the ongoing preparations for the launch of the new academic year and in an effort to ensure well-organized academic, administrative, and media work that aligns with the College’s aspirations.
The meeting addressed several important topics, particularly preparations for implementing student, scientific, and cultural activities throughout the academic year, as well as developing plans and programs to enhance the role of these activities in supporting students, developing their skills, and encouraging their participation in various university events.
The meeting also discussed mechanisms for developing and updating the websites of the College’s academic departments, emphasizing the importance of regularly publishing news, events, and academic, research, and student achievements. This contributes to strengthening the College’s digital and media presence and highlighting its accomplishments.
Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani emphasized the importance of coordination and integration between the activity and website coordinators, as well as the need to document activities and events and communicate information accurately and systematically, reflecting the distinguished image and academic mission of the College of Science.
This meeting is part of the College of Science’s preparations to welcome the new academic year and enhance the readiness of its various units and departments, ensuring an organized and effective start to the academic year.
