Professor Mahdi Abadi Manaa, Head of the Intelligent Medical Systems Department at Al-Mustaqbal University, has achieved a new research milestone with the publication of his research paper entitled: "A Hybrid MADRL Model for Task Scheduling in 5G Cloud Radio Access Networks." The paper was published in the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Innovations of Intelligent Informatics, Networking, and Cybersecurity (3INC 2025). The conference proceedings were published by the internationally renowned publishing house Springer as part of the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) book series, which is indexed in the Scopus database. The research presents a Hybrid Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning (MADRL) model for optimizing task scheduling in 5G Cloud Radio Access Networks (C-RAN). The proposed model enhances resource allocation efficiency, reduces response time, and improves the overall performance of intelligent networks, thereby supporting advanced telecommunications and cloud computing applications in fifth-generation (5G) environments. This achievement reflects Al-Mustaqbal University's continued commitment to supporting scientific research and encouraging its researchers to publish in prestigious international conferences and journals, strengthening the university's global academic presence while contributing to innovation and knowledge advancement in the fields of artificial intelligence, telecommunications, and modern computing technologies. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
