Modern management is one of the main foundations of institutional success in today’s world. Management is no longer limited to organizing work and assigning tasks; it has become a comprehensive process aimed at improving performance, enhancing service quality, strengthening competitiveness, and enabling institutions to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment. Modern management depends on scientific planning, data-based decision-making, the use of technology, human resource development, innovation, and teamwork. An institution with effective management is more capable of understanding its current situation, anticipating future challenges, and achieving its goals efficiently and effectively. One of the most important roles of modern management is improving communication among different administrative levels, clearly defining responsibilities, and monitoring performance through accurate indicators. It also helps create a positive work environment based on cooperation, motivation, and the exchange of experience, which directly improves employee productivity and work quality. Technology plays a significant role in modern management through the use of digital systems to organize data, track achievements, evaluate performance, and support decision-making. Digital transformation also helps institutions reduce time and effort while improving their ability to respond quickly to the needs of beneficiaries. Institutional development cannot be achieved without focusing on human resources. Employees are the foundation of any successful institution. Therefore, modern management emphasizes continuous training, skill development, employee empowerment, and participation in decision-making. This strengthens responsibility, loyalty, and belonging within the workplace. In conclusion, modern management represents an integrated approach to improving institutional performance.
