As part of the ongoing preparations for the final examinations, the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at the Faculty/Department of Intelligent Medical Systems has announced the release of the seating charts for fourth-year students for the current academic year, located in the Humanities Building – fourth floor. This announcement comes within the organizational procedures adopted by the department to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process, and to provide an appropriate exam environment that enhances transparency and adherence to the approved examination regulations. The Examination Unit in the department confirmed that the seating charts have been prepared in a way that ensures the organized distribution of students inside the examination halls, taking into consideration the facilitation of entry and exit procedures and reducing overcrowding, thereby contributing to a stable examination atmosphere. The department calls upon all students to review the approved seating charts and to be present in their designated examination halls well before the exam time, while fully adhering to the examination instructions issued by the college deanship and examination committees. The department reaffirms its continuous commitment to supporting the educational and examination process in a way that reflects high academic organization and enhances students’ academic performance efficiency.
