On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering hosted an academic event in the engineering building under the sponsorship of the department leadership and under the direction of Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Hashim Karim, the department head. As part of the department's continuous efforts to improve the academic experience and provide new students with solid fundamental knowledge, the event was aimed at first-year students. In keeping with the current demands of the artificial intelligence sector, this effort sought to establish an integrated educational environment that supports the growth of students' practical and scientific skills. In keeping with the objectives of sustainable development, especially Goal 4 on high-quality education, it also aimed to assist and direct students toward a strong academic route from the start of their university careers. Al-Mustaqbal University's vision to lead private universities in Iraq in raising academic and research standards is in line with the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering's (reaffirms) ongoing commitment to planning events and activities that improve educational quality and keep up with the rapid advancements in this crucial field.
