As part of his field visits to the scientific departments, the Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, visited the Artificial Intelligence Department on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to review the workflow of examination committees and follow up on the level of preparation and organization within the department. During the visit, discussions focused on the working mechanisms of the examination committees, the procedures adopted for organizing tasks and distributing responsibilities among committee members, as well as following up on the completion of administrative and examination requirements in accordance with approved instructions and regulations. The Dean also emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the department administration, academic staff, and examination committee members, highlighting the need for accuracy in implementing procedures to ensure smooth workflow and meet academic and administrative organizational requirements. This visit is part of a series of inspection tours conducted by the Deanship of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University to monitor the performance of its scientific departments, enhance institutional efficiency, and improve organizational standards and quality across all aspects of the college.
