The Deanship of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University held a meeting with the heads of the scientific departments and their rapporteurs on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., to discuss several academic and administrative matters related to the workflow within the College. The meeting aimed to follow up on the work progress across the scientific departments and strengthen coordination between the Deanship, department heads, and rapporteurs, contributing to better organization of tasks and enhancing the level of academic and administrative performance. The meeting addressed several topics related to following up on academic and scientific activities and events, organizing departmental work, and discussing the main needs and requirements that could support the educational process and improve the working environment. The meeting also included a number of observations and recommendations emphasizing the importance of continuous cooperation and coordination between the departments and the Deanship, as well as the need to document and publish activities and events in an organized manner that reflects the scientific and academic activities of the College. The Deanship emphasized the importance of continuing to work as one team and strengthening communication among all departments in a way that contributes to improving performance and achieving the College’s academic and administrative objectives. These meetings are part of the efforts of Al-Mustaqbal University, ranked first among Iraqi universities, to support the quality of academic and administrative work and develop an integrated university environment that contributes to achieving its educational and developmental goals.
