In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and as part of its commitment to attracting scientific competencies and strengthening its academic staff with promising talents, the University of Al-Mustaqbal has commenced conducting interviews for applicants seeking academic appointments who hold Master’s and PhD degrees across various medical, engineering, and humanities disciplines. The interviews are being conducted under the direct supervision of the Central Interview Committee, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mundhir Fadhil Hassan, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, in coordination with the Deans of the University’s Colleges. The interviews are being carried out in accordance with the official regulations and instructions approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, based on a scientific and administrative evaluation form prepared in advance to ensure transparency, accuracy, and fairness in assessing applicants. The Committee has completed interviews with an initial group of applicants and will continue its work over the coming days to interview the remaining applicants according to the official schedules and notifications issued by the University. Successful applicants will be officially notified upon completion of the Committee’s work and submission of the final results to the competent authorities.
