The Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Al-Sultani, held an online meeting with the Activity Coordinators and Website Coordinators of the College’s Scientific Departments to discuss mechanisms for organizing and documenting scientific and academic events and strengthening the media presence of the College and its departments. The meeting addressed the importance of organizing scientific workshops, seminars, lectures, and academic activities according to well-structured plans that contribute to supporting the academic process and enhancing the participation of students and teaching staff in various activities organized by the College and its scientific departments. The meeting also discussed mechanisms for coordination between the Activity and Website Coordinators to ensure the proper documentation of events, preparation of news reports and media coverage, and their regular publication. Emphasis was also placed on highlighting the scientific, research, and academic achievements of the College and its departments. The Dean emphasized the importance of strengthening the media and digital presence of the College of Science and coordinating efforts to communicate its scientific and academic activities and achievements to the university community and the wider public. This would help reflect the academic standing of the College and enhance its visibility across digital and media platforms. He further stressed the importance of adhering to approved standards when preparing news reports and media coverage, ensuring that activities are properly documented through photographs and accurate information, and maintaining continuous coordination with the College’s Website Administration to ensure the timely and accurate publication of activities. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of teamwork and continuous cooperation among the scientific departments and the units responsible for activities and media, contributing to strengthening the scientific, academic, and media activities of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University and highlighting its role in supporting education, scientific research, and community service.
