During the visit, the University President closely reviewed the workflow within the examination committees and examined the procedures adopted for marking and auditing examination papers. He monitored both electronic and manual verification processes to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and fairness in evaluating students' performance and guaranteeing that every student receives their full academic entitlement. The tour also included visits to examination halls, where he assessed the examination environment and reviewed samples of examination questions to ensure their clarity, comprehensiveness, and compliance with academic and ministerial standards, thereby supporting fair and effective assessment of learning outcomes. Furthermore, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi reviewed student attendance records and inspected the logistical arrangements provided within examination halls, emphasizing the importance of creating a suitable environment that enables students to complete their examinations smoothly and comfortably.
