The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University organized, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the University Presidency Building, and under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, a recognition ceremony honoring a distinguished group of staff and outstanding students who actively contributed to the success of the Fourth International Sustainability Week. This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and promoting the values of creativity and initiative. A speech on behalf of the University Presidency was delivered by the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, who emphasized that this recognition represents the University’s appreciation of the outstanding efforts made by the honorees and their significant role in promoting sustainability concepts and raising awareness within the academic community and beyond. He further noted that the achievements realized during Sustainability Week reflect a high level of engagement and responsibility among students and staff, highlighting the University’s ability to prepare effective talents capable of contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals. The ceremony concluded with the honoring of the distinguished participants by the University President, in a celebratory atmosphere that reflected a strong sense of institutional belonging and reinforced motivation toward further giving and achievement.
