Al-Mustaqbal University’s Continuing Education Center held a meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the Center’s office on the University campus. The meeting was attended by heads of Continuing Education Units in the colleges, departmental liaison officers, and Measurement and Evaluation liaison officers. The meeting focused on discussing the training plan for the 2026–2027 academic year and establishing effective mechanisms for organising and implementing training programmes in accordance with the needs of colleges and academic departments. Discussions also addressed anticipated challenges, potential changes during the academic year, and appropriate solutions to problems that may arise during the implementation of the plan, with the aim of ensuring efficient workflow and achieving the intended training objectives. Participants emphasised the importance of coordination and collaboration between the Continuing Education Center, the Continuing Education Units in the colleges, and departmental liaison officers. Such cooperation is essential for organising training programmes, standardising procedures, and improving follow-up and evaluation mechanisms. In this context, the Measurement and Evaluation Unit plays an important role in supporting the quality of the educational process by monitoring performance indicators, using evaluation results to identify training needs, and contributing to the assessment of training programme effectiveness and the extent to which their objectives are achieved. These efforts support continuous improvement and enhance the quality of academic and administrative performance across the University. The meeting forms part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to strengthen integration between its academic and administrative units, develop training plans in line with institutional needs, improve organisational performance, and support the requirements of quality assurance and academic accreditation.
