In line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s strategy to strengthen collaboration with industrial sectors, the university participated in Crown’s First Solar Products Conference, held at the Babel Rotana Hotel on Saturday, October 17, 2026. This engagement followed the directives of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, aimed at building strong linkages between academic expertise and specialized sustainable energy companies. The university was represented by: Prof. Dr. Salwan Obeid Waheed Khafaji, Director of Al-Mustaqbal Energy Research Center. Assistant Prof. Dr. Ammar Abd Al-Kadhim Fathi, Head of Fuel and Energy Engineering Techniques Department (representing the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd). The delegation engaged with solar energy specialists, explored the latest photovoltaic technological solutions, and discussed joint frameworks to support clean energy transition while enhancing practical training and market readiness for engineering students.
