Al-Mustaqbal University Accreditation Division Follows Up on Implementation of Institutional Accreditation Standard Eight at the Colleges of Science and Law
The Accreditation Division of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted a field visit to the Colleges of Science and Law, where it met with the officials responsible for Standard Eight in both colleges to follow up on the implementation of the standard’s requirements under the institutional accreditation framework, in preparation for the upcoming visit of the ministerial committee. During the meeting, the division reviewed the evidence supporting the standard and discussed with its officials how to complete and organize their files in line with the approved formats. It also provided technical recommendations to address the gaps identified. The division stressed the importance of turning institutional accreditation requirements into an everyday working context within the colleges, rather than limiting them to file preparation ahead of visits, so as to ensure sustainable quality that is genuinely reflected in the university’s institutional performance. The visit is part of a periodic follow-up plan covering all of the university’s colleges, in support of the university’s pursuit of institutional accreditation
