As part of its commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, a delegation from Almustaqbal University participated in a workshop organized by the Directorate of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation at the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The workshop focused on the mechanisms for implementing the performance evaluation forms for the 2025–2026 academic year. The University was represented by the Director of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division within the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, along with a number of Directors of Quality Assurance Divisions across the University’s colleges. This participation reflects the University’s commitment to maintaining direct communication with the relevant authorities and keeping pace with the latest approved guidelines, standards, and requirements for performance evaluation. The workshop addressed the procedures for completing and managing the evaluation forms, with particular emphasis on understanding the indicators and standards, as well as the mechanisms for documenting and calculating them. These practices contribute to enhancing the accuracy of institutional data and supporting evidence, while improving the efficiency of evaluation procedures. This participation reaffirms Almustaqbal University’s commitment to advancing its institutional and academic performance system and transforming quality and evaluation requirements into sustainable practices that support continuous improvement, effective governance, and institutional excellence.
