Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Arts and Humanities / Department of Archaeology, organized a scientific seminar entitled: “Together Towards Empowerment: Developing Women’s Skills and Shaping the Future” on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The seminar was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ria Naseef Jassim. The seminar aimed to empower women by developing their personal and professional skills in alignment with contemporary demands, while enhancing their self-confidence and strengthening their ability to make informed decisions and build their future with confidence and independence. It also focused on advancing leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork as essential pillars for achieving success across various fields. Furthermore, the seminar highlighted the importance of fostering a culture of innovation among women and encouraging them to invest their potential and capabilities in building a better future for themselves and their communities. It also reinforced the role of women as key partners in achieving development and progress.
