Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Walaa Luay Al-Falluji, the final practical examination in Human Anatomy for first-year medical students was conducted on Sunday, June 1st, 2025, following the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) methodology. The examination process was closely monitored by Dr. Baan Dhaher Al-Shammari, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College. Her responsibilities included reviewing the distribution of examination papers, ensuring the availability of all required logistical and technical resources, and supervising the organization of practical questions across ten structured OSCE stations, in alignment with the academic and procedural standards adopted by internationally accredited medical institutions. Students were rotated through 10 stations, with a time allocation of 20 minutes per student, under a well-structured schedule that regulated the flow of candidates through separate entry and exit points. This strategy was implemented to prevent academic misconduct and to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the examination process. The examination was conducted in the presence of the full academic staff of the College of Medicine, in addition to the Head of the Anatomy Department and members of the Examination Committee, ensuring that the exam proceedings were carried out with the highest levels of organization, professionalism, and academic rigor.

The exams are conducted according to the approved academic standards, ensuring a suitable exam environment that contributes to supporting students and ensuring fairness and transparency in evaluation. The exam halls are equipped with all necessary logistical and technical facilities to ensure the success of the exam process. The College’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit played a key role in managing the process, starting with training students on exam protocols and how to properly interact with exam materials, followed by evaluating the exams from organizational and academic aspects, and measuring students' satisfaction with the examinations. These steps ensure transparency and fairness in the assessment process. The examinations were conducted in a well-organized academic environment in which students adhered to ministerial guidelines and regulations. The process was also closely monitored by Prof. Dr. Faez Ali Rasheed Al-Mamouri, Head of the Ministerial Committee supervising evaluative exams at Al-Mustaqbal University and a member of the Committee of Pharmacy Deans in Iraq. Dr. Al-Mamouri commended the smooth and efficient conduct of the examinations. Students expressed their satisfaction with the exam environment and the high level of organization within the examination halls. The exam was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of the University, with the guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, Vice President for Scientific Affairs, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Alalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit. The exam was supervised directly by Dr. Athraa Yahya Al-Hijazi, Dean of the College of Dentistry, with the support of Dr. Basim Kareem Nasr, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Huda Hilal Abbas Al-Bayati, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the college. The exam was also monitored by the Ministerial Committee and a representative of the Head of the Deans’ Committee for Colleges of Dentistry, who reviewed the progress of the examination process and confirmed compliance with the official instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
