After the College has been transformed into a University, the Unit of Documents & Alumni has been promoted to a Division, and still affiliated to the President Assistant for Scientific Affairs. Al-Mustaqbal University President Reviews the Start of Final Exams for the 2025–2026 Academic Year.

Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, announced the commencement of the first-round final examinations for the 2025–2026 academic year for both morning and evening studies. Early on Saturday morning, May 9, 2026, all colleges and academic departments began receiving students to sit for their examinations according to the approved schedules and regulations. As part of the university’s commitment to providing an ideal examination environment, the President conducted extensive inspection tours of the examination halls and committees across the university. He was accompanied by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Abbas Al-Bawi, the Academic Scientific Supervisor, Mudaffar Al-Zuhairi, along with several college deans and supervisors overseeing the examination process. During the tour, the University President reviewed the examination questions and their alignment with the academic curricula, while also asking students about their needs and the logistical services provided in the examination halls. Hassan Shaker Majdi praised the significant efforts made by the examination committees and the academic and administrative staff in organizing and managing the examinations with accuracy and professionalism. He emphasized that the university has dedicated all its technical and human resources to ensure the quality, integrity, and smooth conduct of the examinations. It is worth noting that Al-Mustaqbal University continues its commitment to implementing academic quality standards and digital transformation, further strengthening its leading position in higher education and scientific research.

Future University organized an intensive training course in the field of administrative skills, where the course was divided into several sections. At the end of each section, an electronic test was conducted for participants from different departments and administrators. The exam was held in the central hall within the university campus. The course focused on testing participants' ability to deal with administrative issues that an employee might face during work. Real-life administrative problems were presented, and participants were asked how they would handle and interact with these problems, in addition to assessing their ability to perceive and control the situation. The course lasted for four months under the supervision of the university's Central Quality Department, represented by the Documents, Certificates, and University Orders Department, led by Engineer Nada Amer Abdel Aziz. Due to her successful completion of the course, Engineer Nada was awarded a certificate of excellence, indicating her high performance and proficiency in administrative skills
