W as born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1970. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1993 and 2002 respectively from MEC, Iraq. From 2004-2007, he joined a PhD study at the Faculty of Laser and Optoelectronic Engineering, University of Technology, Iraq. Since 2012, Professor in an Optoelectronic Eng since 2022 from university of technology , Iraq. He started scientific publishing in 2002, he has more than 54 publications in national and international conferences and journals. Dr. Alaa is IEA and ILS member.
