University Housing Terms & Conditions
Official Residency Contract
An official residency contract is signed with the university at the beginning of each semester and renewed as needed.
Curfew & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 11PM to 7AM. Visitor access follows the official schedule.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Students must maintain cleanliness of rooms and shared facilities. Housing management handles periodic maintenance.
