Application and Nomination Mechanism

A comprehensive guide to the complete admission mechanism: track your application, manage documents, and learn about all admission requirements for international students at Al-Mustaqbal University.

Application and Nomination Mechanism

1. Electronic Application

Adoption of electronic application for study in public universities, colleges, and private universities.

2. Scholarship Admission Plan

Adoption of the plan submitted by universities for admission within the free and half-free scholarship channel. As for studying at private expense, it will be according to the scholarship plan (free and half-free) submitted by public universities, and private universities and colleges without a specific limit on the number of study seats per specialization (i.e., open number).

3. Scholarships & Agreements

Allocating a percentage of the seats in free scholarships in accordance with valid agreements with Arab and foreign countries.

4. Application Options

The applicant has the right to choose five universities in the electronic form (three for free scholarships, one for half-free scholarships, and one for private expense).

5. Nomination & Preference Mechanism

The nomination of the applicant for free scholarships depends on the choices listed in the electronic application form. The student's submission of the electronic form is not binding for their admission, as it is subject to the competition and preference mechanism. If the student applies for more than one channel, they are nominated according to the highest choice in terms of university and specialization.

6. Application Closure

Application on the electronic platform for postgraduate and undergraduate studies closes according to the specified dates each year.

7. File Auditing

The file of the applicant nominated for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships is audited, and their scientific background is matched by the scientific committees formed for this purpose in each public university, private university, or private college.

8. University Admission Order

The university or administrative order for the initial admission of the nominated student is issued after the aforementioned scientific committee verifies their fulfillment of the required regulations and conditions.

9. Arabic Language Courses

The timings of Arabic language courses for students accepted within the initiative are determined by the relevant universities as needed.

10. Authenticity of Information & Documents

The student's admission by the public university, college, or private university will be canceled if the student submits information, documents, or records with incorrect issuance or content.

11. Academic Progress Follow-up

The university or college is the entity solely responsible for following up on the student's academic progress during their study phases.
