The Department of Anesthesia at Al-Mustaqbal University College has organized a workshop, under the title
“Anesthesia Technologies & World Progress”
It is remarkable to note that the workshop has been held via ZOOM, attended by more than 100 participators, the lecture, lasting for two hours, has been given by Dr. Ali Ibrahim Rasoul who has a German Board in Anesthesia & Intensive Care.
In his lecture, Dr. Ali has discussed a number of issues related to Anesthesia Technologies and the fast advancements of this Major, in addition to the main duties of an Anesthesia Technician, referring at the same time to the theories, principles, concepts and modern technologies that are highly required in the profession of Anesthesia & Resuscitation, and while giving aid to Anesthesiologists in preparing drugs and giving them to patients.
Moreover, Dr. Ali Ibrahim Rasoul has identified the main differences between the Health System in Iraq and that of Germany regarding Anesthesia Technologies. For her part, Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qayyim, Head of Anesthesia Department clarified that the current workshop is part of a series of International workshops and courses that shall be organized during the Academic Year 2021 2022.
