AlMustaqbal University Delegation Visits Egypt to Strengthen Scientific and Academic Cooperation

In a significant step toward fostering scientific and academic collaboration, a high-level delegation from AlMustaqbal University, led by its President, Professor Hassan Shakir Majdi , visited the Arab Republic of Egypt. The delegation aimed to enhance ties with Egyptian universities and explore opportunities for joint initiatives in higher education, sustainable development, and technological innovation.

Key Meetings and Outcomes:

Meeting with the Iraqi Ambassador to Egypt
The delegation began its visit by meeting with Dr. Qahtan Taha Khalaf, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Cairo, at the Iraqi Embassy. The Ambassador praised AlMustaqbal University's outstanding reputation and academic excellence in Iraq and pledged full support to facilitate the delegation's objectives during their visit to Egyptian universities.

Discussions with the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education
At the headquarters of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, the delegation met with Professor Ahmed Abdel-Ghani Morsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry and Director of the Central Admissions Department for International Students. The discussions focused on:
- Strengthening cooperation between Future University and Egyptian universities in higher education.
- Launching joint initiatives to support sustainable development and technological innovation in education.
- Expanding academic communication and expertise exchange through training courses and collaborative programs.

Visits to Egyptian Universities
The delegation conducted a series of visits to prominent Egyptian universities, where they met with university presidents and officials to discuss potential partnerships and sign cooperation protocols. Key meetings included:

1. Mansoura University
- The delegation met with Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khattar, President of Mansoura University.
- Discussions centered on joint research projects, student and faculty exchange programs, and collaborative initiatives in medicine, pharmacy, and business administration.

2. 6th of October University
- The delegation was received by Professor Dr. Heba Farouk Selim, President of the University.
- Both parties explored opportunities for cooperation in technological innovation and sustainable development.

3. Helwan University
- The delegation met with the President of Helwan University and his assistants.
- The talks focused on enhancing academic collaboration and sharing best practices in higher education.

Cooperation Protocols Signed
During these visits, cooperation protocols were signed between Future University and the Egyptian universities, paving the way for:
- Joint academic programs and research initiatives.
- Exchange of faculty and students.
- Collaborative efforts in advancing sustainable development and technological innovation.
